Time Limits for Cancellation:

• Ready-to-Ship Products: Within 24 hours of order placement
• Customized/Made-to-Order Products: Within 4 hours of order placement
• Digital Products: No cancellation once download link is sent
• Sale/Discounted Items: No cancellation allowed

2.2 Cancellation Process

1. Provide Order ID and registered email
2. Await confirmation (within 4 hours during business hours)

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

Eligible for Return:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong product delivered
• Significant variation from description
• Missing items from order

NOT Eligible for Return:

• Customized/personalized products (except for defects)
• Products with removed tags/labels
• Used/worn/washed products
• Digital products after access

3.2 Return Window

• Durable Goods: 15 days from delivery
• Clothing/Fashion Items: 7 days from delivery
• Defective Products: 30 days from delivery

• Refunds processed only to original payment method
• No cash refunds
